Please read this section completely before applying for a position. Process This is the typical process we undertake when interviewing and ultimately employing a new member of our team:
- Your potential manager will review your CV and covering letter and if we feel you are suitable, we will arrange a telephone interview. This interview will be approximately 10 minutes in length and will give both parties a general feel as to whether there is enough there to warrant on a more in-depth interview.
- Should you be successful at the telephone interview stage, we will ask the candidate to come to our offices in East Malling for an interview. This interview will usually be 30 minutes long, and will be with your potential manager and a director.
- Should you be successful at your interview, we will formally offer you a job, subject to references.
Location We are headquartered in East Malling and have clients based around the south-east of England. All positions will require you to work standard office hours either at our headquarters, or at client sites. Please do not apply unless you are in a position to do this.
