| What if I have less than five computers or don't have a server? For companies with less than five computers and no central server, we offer a basic reactive support package offering unlimited helpdesk access and remote assistance via the Internet for £62.50 per quarter. This package is designed for small businesses that only occasional need application support or assistance resolving common problems rather than a comprehensive break/fix or support service. Which support plan should I choose? The unique requirements of your business will dictate the exact level of support you need, however you can use the following textual descriptions of each plan as a guide: - - Bronze: System monitoring & application support; ideal for companies with some in-house I.T. expertise who want the reassurance that their systems are being monitored and want to “pay as they go” for any remedial work.
- Silver: Basic proactive maintenance & application support; ideal for companies who want a minimum amount of maintenance carried out as part of the package and want a medium response time.
- Gold: Advanced proactive maintenance & application support; ideal for companies who want their servers fully maintained and a fast response time. Our most popular package.
- Platinum: Fully Managed I.T. service; ideal for companies who want to outsource their entire network infrastructure and not have to worry about costly surprises.l
What if I don’t see a plan that fits the needs of my business? We acknowledge that our standard support plans won’t fit the needs of everyone but we’re flexible and can create a bespoke support plan to meet your requirements — please call our sales team to discuss. What if I want to pay monthly or quarterly? Our plans are normally charged on a quarterly basis but we can optionally accept payments on a monthly basis by standing order for a 10% surcharge or offer 10% discount for contracts paid annually in advance. Regardless of your chosen payment frequency, all contracts are subject to a minimum term of one year and require three months written notice of cancellation. How do I take out a contract with you?
