Conditions & Limitations for free Remote Support Session
- We will offer 30 minutes of dedicated effort in an attempt to resolve a problem you have with your computer system.
- If the problem is outside our area of expertise we will tell you.
- If the problem will take longer than 30 minutes to resolve we may offer you an estimate for a paid-for resolution.
- Offer available only to genuine businesses based in the United Kingdom within our primary coverage area.
- Limit of one free remote control session only per business or street address.
- Limited to computer systems to which we can gain remote access by internet or dial up, without restriction by network administrator or ISP.
- By asking for support, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to permit us access to your computer system to address the problem.
- We may send you promotional material and mail shots; you may ask us to stop sending such material at any time.
- Whilst we will use reasonable efforts to resolve problems falling within the scope of this promotion, and will use reasonable care in doing so, as a promotional service offered at no charge, we do not accept legal liability for any loss or damage however caused, except to the extent that liability may not be lawfully excluded or limited.
