  • Network monitoring 24/7 to detect and report problems; we monitor server traffic and load, hardware integrity and reliability, back-up status, storage space, anti-virus protection
     
  • A one-page monthly Executive Summary Report

The three packages are:

1. Basic level (network monitoring):

We also provide pay-as-you-go support at a discounted rate

2. Standard (network monitoring + maintenance):

In addition, you will receive unlimited telephone & remote support, a guaranteed response time to technical problems, as well as regular network maintenance as well as the installation of operating system updates

3. Premium level (network monitoring, comprehensive maintenance, on-site consultation & a free break/fix service):

This includes all of the above, as detailed in packages 1 & 2, with more extensive preventative maintenance and a faster response time.
In addition, this package includes spam filtering (one mailbox for each workstation supported), a free break/fix service and quarterly on-site consultation.
